I am a leading expert in Finland in the fields of porn and sex addiction, infidelity, gender based violence, healthy sexuality and recovery. I have a holistic approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients. My work has been featured in multiple publications and I am a well-known trainer and author. I have been involved in launching and leading expert a nationwide project in Finland that provides help and support for individuals struggling with pornography and sex addiction, as well as for their spouses. My mission is to help people recognize the root of their unhealthy behavior and to help them find healing and transformation. I provide individual and group therapy, training for professionals, workshops, and retreats for those looking to make a positive shift in their lives. Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy to those who are struggling with sexual self-esteem, sexual identity, relationships, sexual shame, sexual harassment or trauma. I take a holistic approach to recovery, helping our clients to gain an understanding of their issues and develop healthy coping strategies.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides an opportunity to strengthen your relationship, improve communication, and build positive sexuality, intimacy, and trust. We can also address issues such as infidelity, addiction, and divorce in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Porn and Sex addiction
Porn and Sex Addiction Therapy provides a holistic approach to recovery. I offer practical tools and support to help you break the cycle of addiction and create healthy intimacy, and restore connectedness with spouse and family.

Training and Education
My Training services provide professional with the necessary skills to effectively address gender-based violence (GBV), human trafficking, porn and sex addiction, and other issues. I offer comprehensive, evidence-based training to help professionals further their knowledge and understanding of these difficult topics.
